Angiokeratoma, and what to do about it?

Hello. I have angiokeratoma of the scrotum. It's several small reddish papules and capilares around them. I went to a doctor and she told me it's nothing (she could hardly see it)  , and told me not to do anything, but that I can put Panthenol cream and to come back if it gets worse.i I ve been doing it for several days, but I am not sure if it could help. I just want to keep it like this at least , I don't want to spread more. I have a bioptron light therapy (polarized) lamp at home and I also tried to put the light on my scrotum. I live in Serbia, and I saw  dermatology clinics use this lamp on their patients for sifferent skin problems. Do you think it is good idea? I was also thinking to buy a Celendula cream, I read it's very good for skin problems. I 've just read about some Tretinoin gel that people use for this...Please tell me if it's good idea to use some of these for my problem. Sorry for my english  Thank you...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For angiokeratoma , treatment options include electrical cautery, surgical removal, Carbon dioxide laser treatment and electrodesiccation.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
