pennis dry skin

I m 25yrs and i think i have phimosis problem. I cannot retract my foreskin easily and does with huge pain. Also i notice my pennis is very dry and also a white ring formation in the joint. I feel more sensitive if my foreskin is retracted.
Also when my foreskin is retracted i can not ejaculate where in my foreskin in not retracted i can ejaculate very comfortably.

Will these have problem during intercourse?

Kindly guide me hw to proceed?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it sounds like phimosis only. This white ring and dryness can be due to phimosis. Other possibilities is of lichen sclerosus and balanitis xerotica. Treatment of phimosis includes application of a steroid cream to the foreskin up to three times a day for about a month to loosen the adhesive ring.If ballooning during micturition is present, then surgical removal of all or part of the foreskin(circumcision) may be recommended.

My sincere advice is to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get evaluated by getting a biopsy skin done.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
