Hello,
For such kind of bump another possibility is of a mucocele. It is a rubbery, bubblelike painless swelling. It is usually inside the lower lip, under the tongue or the inside of mouth and caused mainly by biting the lips or trauma during eating of food.
Get it examined from a dermatologist because it has to be differentiated from other mucocutaneous lesions also.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

It's not a keloid it's on the inside of my lip piercing and it is not itchy. It's just. Little lump on the inside of my lip. I've been using salt water on it and it seems to be helping.

Hello,
It can be a hypertrophic scar or keloid ( less chances from the site). The other possibility is of a hematoma formation after the surgery. Hypertrophic scars are not dangerous and improve with age but keloid scars can itch or become irritated if they grown in size and show some rubbing with the clothes. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and take a second opinion to confirm the diagnosis.
