Seed like pimples

I have these small white clusters of seeds On my face.. each time i extract them more are built behind them.. its like the never ending popping and pressing out of white seed like bumps or pimples.. I pick them out  with tweezers.. but recently I found out If I squeeze them with tweezers they push out but another one forms behind it.. So over and over I'm squeezing them with tweezers.. They are the worst.. Does anyone know what they are or how to treat them yet. I've noticed I seem to get them when I get stressed. Then I can't get rid of them so that makes me more stressed. If I don't release them they just build up till they break the skin and cause a deep hole in the cluster.. Noting seems to help..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These sound like whiteheads. It is a yellowish or blackish bump or plug on the skin and is a type of acne vulgaris. It is caused by excess oils that have accumulated in the sebaceous gland's duct.

Cleanse the area thoroughly and apply a good mild exfoliating scrub on that. Apply a medicated cream or gel containing resorcinol, salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. This helps is soaking the oil and helps in peeling away the blackheads. If benzoyl peroxide leaves your skin dry, apply an oil-free moisturizer after 10 mins of applying benzoyl peroxide.

If the symptoms still persist then consult a dermatologist and get cysts ruled out.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Those annoying little things sound like white heads the are basically the white version of black heads. A good way to get rid of them is to wash your face with an acne wash that contains the ingredient salicylic acid. I know most neutrogena face washes has it in it. I hope this helps.
