Skin problem after needle poke

Hi,
As you can read from the post yes i did make a mistake by poking something that was really nothing on my bottom chest. I thought there was something so i poked it and made it worse. It swelled up and was red. Now its been like almost 3 months the swelling did go down and the irritation too but not 100%....Still i feel like there is something in it, not like a hard bump but something clogged up...Here our two pictures of what it looks like and hope someone can adivse me how to treat this, hope it will go away...Thanks

Hello,
You can take Ibuprofen for 5-6 days and apply the steroid cream that your dermatologist has prescribed for you.

Hope it helps.Take care and regards.

Hello,
This hard lump can be due to formation of a cyst around the site of trauma.Apply warm compresses and take some anti inflammatories like Ibuprofen.

If the symptom persist then excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
