Slight red mark on my glans corona

Hey, I noticed a red part on my glans corona of my penis yesterday, and I'm not entirely sure what it is or what caused it. I was at first thinking that it is balanitis, however, none of the symptoms really match it (no foul smell, the head of my penis doesn't look different to what it used to apart from that little part on the corona, there's no pain during urination, no trouble with rolling my foreskin back and its not itchy)

The main reason as to why I thought it was balanatis was because I just came back from a 2 week trip where I didn't masturbate at all. I came back and did (obviously) and found out that my penis head had some white stuff on it, which seemed like pre-*** to me due to no masturbation for 2 weeks. I washed it off and found the red part on the corona yesterday. As a whole, I'm fine, it's just that it "hurts" (maybe hurt is the wrong word to use, it's not pain, more like sensitivity) when I touch it.

I was thinking that it may just be an irritation from masturbation (I tend to do it without lube and im uncircumcised)

Could just be an irritation- has it gotten any better since you posted?  If it hasn't gotten better- I'd head into the doctor to have them take a look, other wise, if you have noticed an improvement, I wouldn't overly worry about it.
