Small Skin Bumps

I am an 18 female college freshman.
Last week I noticed some (3) small [1-2mm], flat, slightly raised bumps on my stomach below my navel. Today I noticed one on my calf near my knee. They do not itch or hurt in any way.
I am recovering from bronchitis, although this is probably not related. My possible ideas were irritation, or allergy, but that doesn't seem possible since they are on different body parts.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

My friend suggested that it might be bed-bugs, but the bites don't itch and I haven't seen any bugs or droplets of blood or anything.
