Hi, can anyone state if Petechiae on my arm would comes and go in the space of 30 minutes and blanch under pressure?

The spots that appear are red dots and flat in appearance.

Also i must state that my whole arm was covered in these red dots under the skin the other day after i come out of a steam room........
