Hi,
This could be fordyce spots or Hirsuties papillaris genitalis. Fordyce's spots are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a not sexually transmitted. natural occurrence on the body. Hirsuties papillaris genitalis, on the other hand, is a harmless anatomical variation with no malignant potential. This presents as papules appearing as one or several rows of small, flesh-colored, smooth, dome-topped bumps situated around the glans. It is not a sexually transmitted disease and asymptomatic. It may persist throughout life but may become less noticeable with increased age.
Take care and regards.
