Syst or Blister like sore behind my ear

I have a blister or syst like bump behind my ear, it is sore and feels pressured like it is filled with fluid it is in the crease on the back of my ear where it joins my scalp
I have foolishly thought it was a pimple and poked and squeezed it, some puss came out, but the sore is still there
There has been a bump there for a few months but it has recently (last 2-3 weeks) gotten larger and very sore.
Any ideas what this is and how I can best treat it?

i have a cyst like bump on back of both ears in the crese , they are swollen, red and hurt like pimples but i have never had apimple this big ! what should i do ?

Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like a cyst. The other possibilities are of boil or a swollen lymph node. Apply warm compresses on the bump and keep the area clean. Drainage  is done only when it becomes soft and forms a head. Take some over the counter pain reliever and consult a doctor for examination and antibiotics prescription.
