I have had small skin disorder on the my penis glan for a couple of years (similar to picture of current one). However recently after my current girlfriends check up she was diagnosed with HPV, however it was the one that causes cancer not the one that causes warts. I became worried and decided to treat it with vinegar, which turned it white and burnt it off. However it quickly returned, so I repeated the very painful process. However each time it comes back. In my girlfriends last check up they said that it had cleared and there was no signs of it. But the bumps are still there on me and continue to spread.
I am confused as I was told by the first doctor that it was most likely genital warts, however after they came back I went again, with this doctor stating that it was nothing of concern. I am also confused as to how I could have this strain of HPV while my girlfriend (who I had regular unprotected sex with) had a different strain. I believe that I must have gotten the HPV from a previous partner who I had unprotected sex with and never knew I had it as all my STD tests were clear, as males cannot be tested for it.
