Tiny Red Spots on my skin

I noticed tiny red spots on my skin which are visible under digital microscobe (200x). What could they  be?

Thank you very much for your answer. Those spots are all over my body, I checked that. I have very dry and sensivite skin, not itching.

It would had been really helpful if you had shared detailed information about these spots and any associated symptoms like itching, location of the spots  etc.It is very difficult to confirm anything without an external examination. These spots can be anything from a normal anatomical variation in your skin or conditions like eczema, allergies, urticaria, and petechiae etc.This is merely an opinion. It cannot substitute a complete examination and professional diagnosis. Consult a dermatologist to detect the cause.
