Tiny bumps under eyes

I have developed tiny bumps under my eyes in the past few months, I never had them appear before this, and not sure what may have caused/be causing them. They are tiny- the size of pin heads and clustered together- approx 15-20 under each eye. They are under both eyes running from the inner corner to the middle under eye (so are at the darkest part of the undereye) thay are flesh coloured but because they are tiny raised bumps they look noticeable especially when wearing make-up. I've visited many websites and also a beautician and my doctor who both said they didn't think it was milia, especially as the SKIN LOOKS NORMAL/THE BUMPS ARE GONE WHEN I FIRST WAKE UP IN A MORNING, but as soon as I get up they reappear. Is this something to do with more fluid under the skin when horizontal/sleeping? If so, why has my skin become like this and do I just need to retain more fluid in my skin in some way? If so, how do i do this? (would any kind of supplement help?-I already take evening primrose oil, high strength vitamin C, E etc). Would really appreciate any help you can give as they are really getting me down and I have tried many different creams/cleansers (including very mild and very moisturising ones but none have helped) As I said I have also been to my doctor (who specialises in dermatology) who wasn't very helpful and couldn't advise anything as she said it wasn't a medical condition but a beautician query, and have asked several beauticians with no success. So please don't say go to my GP as I've had no luck there. Please help!

For some reason, my entire post did not post. I went to my GP today for the small tiny cysts that had formed under my eyes. She did not have a definite answer, however, she did prescribe Desonide lotion 0.5 percent strength. I am to apply a very small amount to the area under my eye (being VERY careful not to get in my eye) the dosage is 3 times a day for 2 weeks. I will let you know if the Desonide proves to be effective.

I just read your post. Posted a while ago. I just went to the doctor, my GP today for the same issue. I am from Texas, where everything is bigger, including YEAR ROUND ALLERGIES!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
They can be clogged pores or small cysts also. The best way is to avoid treating your skin with excessively harsh chemicals and to limit sun exposure. Also use good quality cosmetics and exfoliate your skin regularly. If still the symptoms persist then chemical peeling or laser removal can be done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
