Tiny red spots on top of penis head near my urethra opening

Hi, recently noticed these tiny red spots almost almost like a tiny minuscule rash near my urethra opening. These do not hurt and not full of puss or anything, I am not sure what they could be? They are red and a tiny bit raised. I had unprotected oral sex 3 weeks ago however I got myself tested 4 days later at my local clinic. I have tried thrush cream.

Sometimes irritations like that just happen- when you were tested for STD's was the rash present?  Have  you had a doctor take a look?

The rash wasn’t there when I was tested. And no doctor has taken a look was just curious. Seems to be going away now but was just concerned.

If it seems to be going away, I wouldn't overly worry- especially since you have been tested.  My guess would be that it's probably just an irritation.  If it flares up again or you see any signs that it's starting to become an issue again, I'd have a doctor just take a second look.
