Deep pimple on chin

I attempted to pop a deep pimple on my chin to elevate pain and swelling.  Regrettably, I made it worse.  Can I spot treat with Topicort Cream 0.05% to reduce inflammation and pain?

Just wanted to see if it is all better. I think sometimes popping a pimple can lead to an infection. I'm not sure topicort would be the best product. You need something that is more of a cleaner for situations like this.
