Weird red bumps, someone identify PLEASE?

When my body heats up in any way, I get small red bumps all over my body, and a big red rash all over my stomache with some white bumps in the red rash. They're gone within 30 minutes to an hour. But it drives me crazy. I can't do anything heat related, I can't socialize. Etc. I'm 17, so as you know teenage years are the best for partying, etc. I have one possible theory, which is this green, gunk stuff, that cakes on to my skin (from what, I don't know.) Could that be doing something, possibly causing an allergic reaction? ANY help is appreciated. Included is pictures of my skin, and the green stuff on my foot.

Heat urticaria was the original diagnosis by my MD, Anti-Histamine's have failed to work (and the test you said doesn't work) I have also been giving oral steroids (prednisone) which failed to work. Any other diagnoses? I appreciate the help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination it is difficult confirming a diagnosis but it can be heat urticaria or hives. In this hives develop 2 to 5 minutes after contact with a warm stimulus and it disappears after 1 hour or so. Heat urticaria is diagnosed by apply a test tube of warm water to the skin of the forearm. The characteristic hives should develop within minutes.

Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rashes. If the symptoms persist then topical or oral steroids may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
