Weird red rashes on groin?
I am a 13 year old female (though I prefer male pronouns), a few days ago I noticed a few tiny (not even the size of a penny) rashes on my groin/pubic area, this has progressively gotten worse and has spreaded. I have no allergies to anything I've been near, have been out in the heat for a bit and have been horse riding lately but have worn jeans and if I touch them, they temporarily fade, anyone have any ideas? It also doesn't itch and they are slightly bumpy
