What are these tiny little dots on my chest? And how do I get rid of pimples on body
So lately I've been breaking out in my chest area so I put pimple cream on it and realized it made it itch and got All red and irritated. Mind you I have some acne body wash I use that has been working until now. I put calamine lotion to stop the itching. The next day it seemed fine until later at work it was irritating me and I saw a bunch of little red/brown dots near the pimple. Weird. I looked closer and I've never seen them before. It hurt when I touched it. And now I can't wear a b neck or low neck cause it's seriously right there and looks nasty. I have no idea what the hell the problem is. I mean I sweat at work so maybe that's it? But I need help getting rid of pimples and I wonder what these weird little dots are.
