What is causing this sharp pain on my skin?

Hello. I'm a 21 year old male who have had this sharp, painful sensation all over my skin from my back to hands, feet, legs, and torso. I started having it about 3 years ago and it's usually triggered either when my body is exposed to ambient temperature high enough to make me feel hot (not necessarily touching hot objects. For instance, when walking into a warm room while wearing a thick coat or being outside on a steamy day), having sexual intercourse or masturbating, or lying down on bed for too long, but sometimes it starts randomly. The sensation feels acute and it's as if my skin is being stabbed with sharp needles. There are no rashes or any visible change to the parts of my skin where the pain takes place. The pain can last for few seconds to a couple minutes and I experience it almost daily. It can be extremely painful and there is nothing I can do about it but to wait until it subsides. I'm not overweight but I don't exercise that often either and I have a history of having a brain cancer in pituitary gland. I take replacements for cortisol, testosterone, growth hormone, thyroid hormone, and vesopressin and also take various vitamins. What can be causing this skin pain?

This sounds more like a neurological issue, rather than a skin condition.  Have you consulted any doctors about this?
