What is this hole in my armpit that keeps spewing blood?

A few months ago, I developed two cysts in my right armpit. Since then, I've had near constant discomfort and irritation, and one spot turned into what I can only refer to as a blood volcano. The spot around the blood volcano is dark purple, like a severe bruise. It had formed a lump about a month ago. It was extremely painful. Because I didn't really know what to do, and I found some info online about lancing it, I tried to do that. That was when the volcano first erupted. It gushed and poured and oozed for about an hour. I thought it had healed over, but the dark purple spot never disappeared, although it did shrink and it is no longer raised. Today, I decided to try to figure out why my bra has been feeling like it's pinching me in that area. I had barely raised my shirt and touched that spot, with no force and nothing sharp, and it started up again. I've been in the bathroom these past 45 minutes trying to calm the storm. I think I lost a bit of blood because it was nonstop. It seems to be the worse when I stretch out the skin over the spot, rather than apply pressure to it. The 'head', for lack of a better term, is quite small, maybe 3mm when the skin is completely stretched out. There was no pungent odor or tinge to the blood. I believe it was just blood, although quite dark. There were also a few small blood clots that came out.
Feeling dizzy, I sat down in my chair and started to feel nauseous. Then, my ears started ringing really bad and I felt like I was going to pass out. I thought about texting my husband to wake him up, where he's asleep. Right now, my breathing feels shallow and I'm extremely tired (though, to be fair, it is late). I feel like I can't get enough air and I'm extremely hot, maybe even feverish.
I don't really know what to do. We used all of our flex card money so we don't have anything left over for medical expenses. I'm trembling and scared. Do I need to seek immediate treatment? Is it safe to go to sleep?

(I don't expect anyone to be able to answer that with any real authority, I'm just seeking advice and answers. What on earth is this?!?!)

Sounds very much like Hidradenitis Suppurativa. You should see a dermatologist and request that the dermatologist research the condition as most doctors do not have much experience with the disease.

I went to my dermatologist, despite my PCP's insistence that it would be "fine". I asked right away if they have experience with HS and the nurse who saw me in assured me they do. My dermatologist agreed that it is Hidradenitis Suppurativa. She isn't sure, but she said that's what it looks like and that we should treat it as such, especially since I've had other bumps in my armpits before.
She told me to buy Hibiclens to use to clean it. I'm still keeping gauze on it and using the mupirocin cream. She also prescribed doxycycline to be taken twice daily. It seems to be producing less ooze now. I've been taking the doxycycline since my appointment with her on Tuesday.
I'm still worried, and I don't know if I should take this as a small victory or continue worrying. I've looked up all the terrible things HS can turn into, all the potential complications, and I'm scared.

Not an answer, further information:
My doctor called it a ruptured vein. Now, it's constantly leaking neon yellow fluid. He says it's "tissue" and that it's normal. He gave me mupirocin topical cream and told me to replace the bandage one to two times a day, depending on how it's doing. I'm worried about a staph infection and I have some risk factors for hidradenitis suppurativa.
My doctor is extremely nonchalant and he acts like he thinks I overreact to everything. I'm going to need surgery for carpal tunnel on both hands very soon, and if I have an infection I'm not comfortable with having surgery, which I need immediately to prevent further damage in my already extremely severe case.
It's really frustrating because I feel like I have no medical doctor on my side and there's nowhere I can go for help.
