What is this red dot on my penis?
The red dot is underneath the skin toward the very bottom of my shaft (on the top side). It is painless until pressed upon using my finger. The size appears to be equal to that of a pimple. It's been about two days since I noticed it, a day after I had sex. In addition, the dot appears to be slightly bulging on top of a vein.
Is this something that needs medical attention from a doctor or will it most likely subside on its own?
