Conflicting derm diagnosis - major anxiety from this

2 months ago I noticed these flat, symptomless spots on both sides of my pubic fat near the top where it meets the leg skin fold. There is also one under my belly fat. Dark in color, one is rather large. There are none on my genitals, and I have had no sexual activity for 2 years. I just saw a dermatologist, who didn't biopsy or use a magnifying glass and just said they are genital warts and prescribed a cream (I'm still waiting for insurance to approve it.) I had someone else look at it and they thought it was "possibly" Bowenoid Papulosis. Obviously, this is a big shock and I'm left with a lot of questions and anxiety. So... I'm a 35 yr old male. I have several other photos that are much closer if needed. Thanks.

1. Can anyone provide any answers from my description and the photos? Detail and possibilities would be helpful.

2. If it is genital warts that are caused by HPV, I'm still confused on the matter. Does that definitively mean I have HPV and will have to inform people I have a std for the rest of my life? Seems from reading there is no real test for men. So should a biopsy just be done?

3. Should I perform the vinegar test? I have noticed a slight change in them from the 2 months since it occured. Very small black spots have developed inside of it. If they go away, will that help me in identifying it? etc.

As you can see I'm very unsure and quite anxious. Any help would be great. Thanks you.
