Itchy Scrotum follicules. What is it?

I have always have itchying Scrotum since I entered my puberty. I have noticed that my follicules look bigger than the rest of the people so that might be the reason. I am 23 now and the thing is that a couple days ago it got really anoying because it is itchying a lot more than normaly does and I am not sure but my follicules might be bigger than usualy too. I don't know if its for the same reason as always or if it is something new. I have had unprotected sex so that is why I am worried than usual.

Does anyone know what it could be? Should I be worried about it?

If its not STD, I read in some forums that laser depilation could help in some similar cases, but I dont know if the guys asking had the same problem because I didn't see any photos.

I don't know how to post pictures here, but I uploade it at this link:

I didn't look at the image, but if you have had unprotected sex, it is important to get tested for STD's- I'd recommend going to the doctor to get a check up.
