White spots

I'm 25 and a year ago I noticed some white spots on the inside of my foreskin, I didn't care much coz they aren't itching or cause any kind of discomfort at all but they seems to spread. I haven't seen a Doctor yet. Should I be worried?

Hello,
These white spots can be pearly penile papules if raised and vitiligo spots if not raised. Pearly penile papules are multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis. They are harmless and a natural occurrence in some men.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

These are commonly known as pearly penile papules.
They are not contagious, and they cause no problems.

If however you have other symptoms that go along with them, such as bad odor, you should be tested for STD's.
