Why are there some tiny bulges on hand and leg?
I noticed that I have tiny bulging in leg and hand where hair is present. There is a slight witness which goes when I drop water in it.

Do you mean that you have a bump on your leg and hand? Is it itchy at all? It's very hard to tell what you may have based off of so little information, but if you head to a doctor they can give you an exam in person and gather more of your medical history- this will be the most accurate way to know what the bumps are.
