My chest neck and jawline get so itchy at nighttime and I have some small lumpy rashes coming up on my chest and tiny little red dots

Does this happen every day? Do you seem to have a large amount of stress at work or home? Sounds a little like the stress of the day is getting to you, and the rash breaks out as your way of dealing with it for the day. To be certain, you may want to make an appointment with your doctor who can give you and exam in person and gather more of your medical history for a more accurate diagnosis.
