Hello,
Without examination,I cannot confirm a diagnosis but it can be molluscum contacgiosum or warts.Molluscum contagiosum is a common, benign, self limiting viral infection of the skin. It generally affects children and typically occurs in the 2-5 age group.Treatment includes physical destruction or manual extrusion of the lesions, cryotherapy, and curettage.
Cutaneous viral warts are discrete benign epithelial proliferations caused by the human papillomavirus. In healthy children, warts resolve spontaneously.Treatment includes salicyclic acid application, curettage and silver nitrate pencils and glutaraldehyde and formaldehyde preparations.
I feel that you should consult a dermatologist and discuss these two possibilities with him.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how your child is doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
thanks for your inputs. although i have not aclue about most things you said? would a regular pediatrican work? but thabk you i'll look into those things!
