blood mark on lip

I got it from chapped lips and I'm not sure what it is. Could someone tell me what this could be? It doesn't even feel like a bump, but just like a blood mark. That's the only way I can think of to describe it. I wish I could get rid of it, but I don't know how and I've been keeping my lips from getting chapped since then.

I tried taking pictures of it and I don't know if could use html on this post. So I'll use the html code and the address itself.

This is the second forums I've been to for dermatology on this same case. Hopefully I'll get a response this time soon..

This is exactly what I came to the forum to find out.

I first noticed it three days ago after a hard night of drinking.  It is small and not very noticeable.  It is the color of blood and hasn't changed at all.  I am freaking myself out since I used to get cold sores (haven't had an outbreak in 3 years).

Please, someone, tell me what this is, I got into a car accident yesterday from stress.

Very small, red, no bump, no itch, nothing, just red
