Penile Skin/ head problems

Hi! Im kinda at loss of words on this one since i have searched alot on the net to try to find the answer to this problem. I am uncircumcised and dont believe that i have ever had this problem before or maybe when i was too young to remember. On my penis head there a very tiny bumps and around the base of it along with the inside of the foreskin i have constant flakey skin that you dont see unless you rub it off and its like peeling a sunburn just not that dry. Any help would be awesome!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to smegma, seborrheic dermatitis or fungal infection. Please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
