can't find any clothes to wear

My skin breaks out on my face, back and chest. With red spots and patches it tries to come down my arms and legs as well. I take a multiple enzyme pill everyday, or my my skin feels like it's burniing all over, and gets worse.

I can't find hardly any clothes to wear that don't make me itch and break out futher. Only a very few pieces of clothing can I wear, no matter what the tag says.(cotton or cotton/polyester on certain pieces are all that works)

I have crones disease, and was diagnosed 6 months ago with IBS-C constant constipation. So I have to take a LOT of laxatives everyday. Which makes the skin problem worse and my joints ache more.

I've had the skin problem as long as I can remember. It gets worse as I get older. Some clothes that I use to be able to wear, I no longer can. I'm down to only a few shirts, socks etc. that I can wear.

Please help me....

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be acne fulminans. It is a severe form of acne. It is an immunological disease which begins as pain and inflammation in the joints. The other possibility is of acne conglobata. It is also a highly inflammatory disease presenting with comedones and nodules on the face, back and chest.

I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get a skin biopsy and histopathological examination of the skin scrapings done to confirm the diagnosis.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
