it started on only a few nails, but has now spread to almost all of my fingers. i have this condition for over a year and a half and i have seen 3 dermatologist that said that i have Psoriasis and gave me Clobetasol propionate ointment 0.05%, i used it for 3 weeks but it didn't help.
i saw a pharmacist that said that the peels in my skin are too soft to be a Psoriasis and diagnose my condition as an Eczema and gave me a Mometasone (furoate): Ointment/Cream 1mg/g (0.1%).
this didn't help either

please help me..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Unfortunately the pictures could not be opened. However from the symptoms it looks like psoriasis. Treatment options include Ointment and creams containing coal tar, dithranol (anthralin), corticosteroids like desoximetasone (Topicort), vitamin D3 analogues (for example, calcipotriol), and retinoids,Psoralen+UVA and PUVB therapy. Over time, psoriasis can become resistant to a specific therapy. Treatments may be periodically changed to prevent resistance developing (tachyphylaxis) and to reduce the chance of adverse reactions occurring.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
