I have a crater-like bump/ring on my foreskin?

so it's been at least a year since I first noticed this. I have sort of a ring on my foreskin that is empty in the center, when I am erect this ring turns sort of into a bump and still has the empty center. There is no irritation or pain. I have had no form of any  sexual contact with anyone ever so STD's are out of the question. I asked my doctor what it was the last time I had a physical and he said it might just be a harmless wary but I want to know exactly what it is. Here is a  links to a photo representing my issue.

it doesnt look as a skin condition but rather like normal variation of the skin. A dermatologist can remove it with cryotherapy ( liquid nitrogen )  very easily if you have cosmetic concerns and you re feeling selfconscious about it
