Sir i have white colour acne(like small dotted in two rows in a parllel ring) around the base of my glans penis with burning sensation. Initialy there was few dots but after 6 month it completed the ring. Which replaces one by one. But burning sensation is not continuous. The two rings of whit coloured small dotted r growing continously as a result of which the size of my glans penis continuously decreasing my dis problem is from 2 years i have consulted in homeopathy but there is no relief. Sir plz advise me...

Dear sir very much thanx for ur valuable advice. I have looked many photos related with pearly penile papules. My problem is also same. Size of my glans penis is continuously decreasing as these rings replces one by one. Can it may turn cancerous? Is it any type of STD? What r the problems in severe cases. Sir plz advice me....

They can be due to the harmless pearly penile papules. Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans penis.

Ablation using carbon dioxide laser, electrodesiccation with curettage, and excisional surgery reportedly have successfully eliminated lesions.In my opinion you should talk to a cosmetologist/dermatologist about this.
