Hello,
Treatment of cysts is by surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision. No cream or topical therapy can treat cysts. However I feel that you should get them evaluated first before confirming them as cysts.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing. Kind regards.

Do not pop acne pimples. This spreads bacteria under the skin, leading to more spots, delayed healing, secondary infection and even scarring.
It is common to break out just on the T-zone, since there are many sebaceous glands there. Acne occurs when the sebaceous glands produce too much sebum. Bacteria on the skin feeds off this sebum, blocking the pores and causing inflammed spots.
Sulfur is a rather old fashioned way of treating acne. The best over the counter products contain salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide or nicotinamide. Your doctor or dermatologist can prescribe a topical retinoid and/or oral antibiotics.
Eloise.

Hello,
These bumps can be due to whiteheads or acne. It is a yellowish bump or plug on the skin and is a type of acne vulgaris. It is caused by excess oils that have accumulated in the sebaceous gland's duct.

Cleanse the area thoroughly and apply a good mild exfoliating scrub on that. Apply a medicated cream or gel containing resorcinol, salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. This helps is soaking the oil and helps in peeling away these bumps. If benzoyl peroxide leaves your skin dry, apply an oil-free moisturizer after 10 minutes of applying benzoyl peroxide.

If the symptoms still persist then please consult a dermatologist and get cysts ruled out.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
