horrible rash under arms

I have this horrible rash under both arms that are itchinch so badly, specialy when I sweat. Also on the surface it look like little bumps. What it could be?

is there any connection that it could be from dog? I have littel 4 years old dog and she keeps scratching and licking. She has been on many types of antibiotics, but seems nothing is working. I don't know just curious, because I have had my rash for a few months now.
