is this a rash or herpes?

Can you get herpes in your elbow pit? Or anywhere else in your body? And can you get it from non-sexual ways? I'm a 15 y/o male, only had one partner but we're both virgins. This mark has made me quite paranoid, so i'm asking this to put my mind at ease.

This doesn't sound anything like herpes- it may be a rash from sweating in that area of your body, but it's really impossible to say from a brief online post (even with pictures).  If the rash is bothering you, for your own peace of mind- I would ask your parents to take you to the doctor to have it checked out.  They can assist you on knowing for sure the cause and getting some assistance on helping it to feel better.
