Hi - sorry, but you can't tag on a question to the Dermatologist, you have to start your own thread and pay $16. You might try posting on the unmoderated support forum and see if anyone can help you with your query.

These do sound like molluscum, and of course the biopsy proved that.  Molluscum can be transmitted sexually, but often isn't--it just comes.  All you have to do is get it treated, but don't do it yourself, mainly because it's hard to tell on yourself whether a spot is molluscum or just another bump or a leftover red spot from previous treatments that would go away if you left it alone.  This has nothing to do with the wart on your finger.  Yes, a dermatologist is the right doctor to see, who can tell you about all your spots and treat the ones that need treatment.  But this is nothing to worry about, and should have no bearing on your relationship.

The white spots are probably cysts that appear where you say you have them and don't mean anything but you probably never looked closely enough to notice them before.  The dermatologist can clear up that question too.

Take care.
