Hi, I have a problem with my armpits that effect my arms and some what of my chest. I developed a tiny like pimple in the middle of my armpit, and it is painless, but it does cause me to have shooting pains in both my arms, elbows, and my forearms. I thought i developed this when i began lifting weights, but i am a hundred percent sure i did not because i have stopped lifting and went through my muscle recover time for a week and the shooting pains come and they go. A friend of mine told me that it sounds like you may have block arteries, and may have a heart attack. The pimple is very tiny and i have not and will not pop it. I have used extina(ketoconazole 2% foam) for only 3 days now but it hasn't gone down. I was originally prescribed this medication because of a fungal itch rash I had on my chest which my doctor told me is called tinea versicolor. I am wondering is the pimple the same as the rash on my chest and stomach (Tinea versicolor) or is it something entirely different? On the left underarm another pimple resides but it is not in the center like how my right underarm with two other pimles there. If i lift my arms there are no pain, but the pain comes on its own. I also have extremely small black pimples on my chest on the right side of my breast close to my underarm and you can barely see them but it caused me to have concern of cancer, warts, herpes, hiv, etc. Please help me because I am losing my mind, hard time keeping faith, and and i am really stressing out when i go to work. I got second opinions by other doctors but i feel like i am patronized and told anything.
