I have the same problem. All I can say is, I have allergies and auto-immune deficiencies. Aggravated by stress, diet, you name it. However, THE MORE YOU WORK OUT, THE BETTER YOU GET. So, my advice would be to ignore the immediate bumps, bruises and scars, and just GET INTO IT. Kickboxing, that is. I can pick up a crate to move it and put it down. Immediately thereafter, I get an itchy feeling on my forearms and there's either a mark or hives. I've learned over the years to never scratch, but to let it go. (Otherwise it gets worse.) Takes discipline! Just like kickboxing. The puffiness is a product of hormones, diet and stress. To alleviate some of the "puff" they tell you to eat close to the food chain. Lots of raw vegetables. Low fat and cholesterol. Avoid having an acid system. This also means avoiding alcohol. There's more, but I'm not a doctor or nutritionist. I just know what I've read about skin problems and inflamation. But I empathize.
