Rash on penis affecting hand

Hi, I masturbate a lot, sometimes even more than once a day, this behaviour has ocurred since I can remember, many years, sometimes I have hurted myself doing it, rashes and broken skin. Recently I have been worried because I have like a rash on the head of my penis, it starts from the middle rigth of the head and goes to the bottom of the head. It doesnt hurt, the skin hasnt been broken, its just a red mark in the head of my penis (I guess it is a mark of rashes). The strange part is that in my masturbation hand have appeared a number of blisters that come and go continuoslly, when they appear they hurt a little and when the blisters break the skin in that part dries and peels. I have searched in many sources and have not seen anything alike. I went once to a Dermatologist and she told me it was a nervous reaction to something.

Hi,

This could be due to acne/imples/ or infection of the hair follicles called folliculitis or some bacterial infection/ fungal infction or some skin nodules etc.

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.

It would be best to reconsult a doctor about the symptoms if they do not resolve and get a proper clinical examination.

Keep the area clean and wear clothes washed in a few drops of chlorhexidine preferably and dried in the sun.

You could apply vaseline or a moisturizer till then to keep the area well moisturized and use hydrocortisone cream and see if it helps.

Let us know about what your doctor advises.

Regards.
