red , slightly painful , shiny spot on my penis
Hello guys
one month ago, I had a stingy sensation on the tip of my penis. It was painful and swell for five minutes and after one hour I get to be normal again. The next day, I felt pain on the tip of my penis with a red inflammation only around the urine hole , I went to a doctor, he gave me antibiotic ( levofloxacin) + topical antibiotic cream....it was useless ... I tried also a combination of antifungul and antibacterial creams and no thing really helps. I have never had sex before ... I always care about my hygiene. Is it fungal or bacterial or virus or just inflammation ? I am really frustrated to see this happening before the date of my marriage. The urine examination was clear 100% ....no yeast or bacteria or salt or any bad things
