Swollen itchy lump on scrotum

It started later in the day out of nowhere, then on the right side of my scrotum it starting out as a normal itch but got worse after scratching it a few times. I went to look at it and felt a slight lump, and it was really warm and slitghly painful to the touch. When I leave it alone the itchiness sort of goes away but it still feels warm. It's also warm and itches on my leg near the same area as well. Might be some sort of rash?

You need to get that checked out by a doctor- a lump that appears out of no where and is itchy or painful/warm to the touch should be examined by a doc.  Let us know how you are!

It doesn't itch anymore and it's not that warm/painful to the touch now. Seems like it might be going away now hopefully
