I did a pilonidal cyst surgery in an unauthorized medical center somewhere in the Middle East, the surgery succeeded. 13 Years after this surgery, I made an x-ray for my back and I found tens of white spots on the bottom of my backbone in the same place where the pilonidal cyst was removed. When the doctor saw the white spots he told that they look like bullet fragments! I wonder what these white spots might be.
