scrotum itch

I had scrotum itch for almost 1.5 yrs.
There are no visible symptoms, only scrotum itches.
I went to 2 dermatologist. one said its pruiritus scroti & another said its eczema.
I tried ketoconazole, panoxyl, triamcinolone, fluticasone, manuka honey, tea tree oil, cold pressed coconut oil, witch hazel but none worked.

what is the cause and what is the cure?

hi,
Now it itches only when there is sweat(if there is no sweat on scrotum & scrotum is dry then it wont itch). Why does it itch only when there is sweat on scrotum? is there a cure?

I dont have neurological issues. Before using dove soap, scrotum started to itch rarely. After using dove soap scrotum itch became severe. There are no visible symptoms. It itches anytime on scrotum, sometimes on right & sometimes on left. Is this due to infection or due to dove soap? is there a cure?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? If there are no visible rash or symptoms, this could also be due to neurological issues as well, such as spinal nerve root impingement in the lumbosacral part of the spine or neuropathic pruritus.  It is best that you discuss these with your dermatologist on your next follow-up. Treatment usually depends on the underlying cause and it is important that the diagnosis is accurate. You can also try complementary and alternative medicine such as acupuncture and biofeedback for chronic itch syndromes. You can also seek another dermatologist's opinion if you are not satisfied with your present attending physician. Take care and do keep us posted.
