My penis looks different from it was before..the shaft looks swollen, wrinkled, darker and bumps are all over and the head its dry and fine lines is noticeable, on the top of the shaft bottom of the head where the shaft is start theres a darker line around the penis, and right under tahat line the skin is wrinkled all the way down bottom of the shaft, on the back side theres alot of bumps, there are days it is very irritating and itchy but there is no pain, nad i am having this symptoms for about 3 months now. n Thre are few times i feel the tingling.

I have done all the std test and it all came back negative...except for the occular single wart the doctor told me nothing to worry about.

These symptoms are not suggestive of any STD. from the symptoms the possibility of lichen planus needs to be ruled out. It is an itchy papular eruption characterized by its violaceous color and effects the oral mucosa and genitalia.
