tiny red dots on legs.

ive had these before. they are small needle size red spots. they are sometimes like 4 in a row with some random ones around them.  they just showed up out of nowhere. they werent itchy or painful. they went away and now they are back. i know what bed bug bits look like and these are not that. plus these dont itch. ive worn pants the past few days not shorts so it can't be bug bites. they are always on my legs. both times. last time i had them on my lower legs and thighs andt this time just on my lower legs. im only 23 healthy. eat tons of veggies and run regularly.  does anyone have any idea what they are?

these are dots. not bumps.

Hmm, well there's another thing wrong with me.  Last doctor I talked to said it was normal. Ugh. Gotta read this now.

These are bigger though.  It's something with the capillaries breaking. That's all they are.

I think those are what I call "blood blisters" or "blood freckles".  Tiny little flecks of red. I have them all over my upper arms.  Think this is what they're actually called.
