underarm odor

I have bought several deoderant.  I have to use the herbal natural scent,and degree. An I really have to put it on alot. But about 4 hr. later that awful odor is getting ready to act up.  So I have to stop what I'm doing on my job, take a wipe off and start all over.  What is going on?  This have me were I don't really want to be around people.  What can I do.

I had a biopsy 2 weeks ago and since them my under arm smells bad and I have never had that problem and I healed back up great could they have cut a special gland I'm so upset and don't know what to do

There are many possible causes of underarm odor. This could be related to the diet, hygiene practices, certain illnesses or from underarm sweating. Perspiration can sometimes cause an unpleasant smell when it comes into contact with bacteria on the skin. Excessive perspiration or little or no perspiration can be cause for concern.
