Hello,
The scars caused by mosquito bites are post inflammatory hyperpigmentation scars and for such scars apply some calamine lotion or vitamin E on the scars. You can also use various skin creams like hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. Apply hydroquinone cream on this scar and it should go away in a few days to months. If it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
Benadryl and calamine are available over the counter. Being antihistaminics they may cause drowsiness. You can consult a pharmacist and get it from him. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
For the mosquito bites, just apply some calamine lotion and avoid scratching the area as it may get infected. It may then leave a scar. In case there is any itching then you can take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep us posted on how you are doing. Kind regards.
