red dots on penis

My boyfriend of three years had been experiencing a rash of some sort on his penis. A few days after intercourse he get a few red dots or pimples that don’t pop. Soon after they clear up he gets dry skin on his penis. I was checked for STD's and the test came back negative. When he seen his doctor she said he got the rash because I got a yeast infection. But my Test came back negative for that also. We are at a loss of words please help. could it be mild eczema

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub,folliculitis,cysts or fungal infections.

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.He  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
