Hello,
These white spots can be due to hyperkeratinization, extra bone growth, soft tissue rich in fat and lesions due to fungal infections. I suggest you to get an evaluation done by a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
I have a white spot on my gums under my bottom two front teeth. It has been there for about four days now, and it is very painful to the touch. I read on Web MD and it said it could be a canker sore. About two days after I noticed the white spot I found a sort of pimple like lump on the left side of my tongue. I read on some forum someone else had the same thing happen when they had a canker sore, and they said it went away in a few days. I hope this helps
